My existence was quite lonely Until she She came to me in the light The darkness to my light And I the light to her darkness Like both sides of a coin We were two yet one She was mine and I her’s The Hyde to my Jekyll And I the Jekyll to her Hyde Oh my monster! My beautiful monster Never felt so alive as I did with her She caused me excruciating pain I’d wish to sleep and not wake But eventually I would And she’d be gone Leaving me to long For her return I’m friends with my monster She’s out of my head.
