Imole (Light)

Inspired by the works of artists like Boris Subotic and Philip Barlow, Imole depicts abstracted representation of cityscape and night city lights. The artist uses abstract realism to explore the concepts of space, time, and human survival, drawn from personal experiences. Using the night city lights as a reference, she investigates how distances become illuminated, bringing spaces and time closer. The work also shows the need to replace negativity with positivity and seeing light beyond the dark.
